Spotsylvania (WFVA) -- The Spotsylvania Sheriff's Office says it located the man who frightened a Freedom Middle School student this week. Police say no crime was committed and the man is not a threat. The student called police after she said a man had followed her home. Police say the man goes running every day and is staying across the street from the student. Authorities say he's in town to help his adult daughter who just had a baby. Police say they located the man yesterday running in the neighborhood. They say he was upset that he had scared the student.
